Ivory Coast - Côte d’Ivoire Coalition
In 2022, ICAL appointed Atsalie Diomande to be an Ambassador for Côte d’Ivoire. He works to spread the ICAL vision and to build the Francophone Coalition among West African French-speaking leaders. The goal is to promote an apostolic and prophetic vision focused on the Kingdom of God and to connect all the leaders to transform nations.
In August 2024, the ICAL coalition of Côte d’Ivoire was launched, with Apostle Jean-Marc Potenti and Apostle Paul Gitwaza as guest speakers.
As the Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) coalition Ambassador, Apostle Diomande connects most francophone countries in West Africa, including Guinea, Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Senegal, and Niger.
Apostle Atsalie also works with Apostle Paul Gitwaza of Africa Arise and Shine in Rwanda. He is also serving as the Apostolic leader representing the African diaspora of Europe, promoting the development of Africa by the African Diaspora itself.
Atsalie Diomande has a burden to see all the Francophone countries in West Africa being empowered by the apostolic movement and the kingdom vision.
