Did you Keep Showing Up? Mathew and Angel Meagher

Last year was a challenging year for us.  You think that once you get 25 years down the road you would have it all figured out…but what I am so sure of, now more than ever, is that GOD REALLY ONLY CARES ABOUT THE JOURNEY!

We are all about first place, trophies and accomplishments, but God is all about your character and faithfulness. 

  • Did you: “keep showing up”- even when that was the last thing you wanted to do?

  • Did you: “Follow Him” - even without Google maps, when all you heard was “recalculating, and there was NO ROAD AHEAD…”?

  • Did you: “keep your hand to the plow” - even if your plow broke this year or got stuck in the mud?

  • Did you: “WAIT” when He said WAIT…. maybe you still are?

 YES, YES & YES…and if that was part of your 2023 too, then I say, YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and God is indeed preparing you for something even greater! 

 WHEN that will start, ONLY HE KNOWS, but if everything didn’t just suddenly fall into perfect place on Jan 1, 2024…DON’T GET DISCOURAGED, His ways are NOT our ways and they are SURELY NOT on our timings.

BUT He is ALWAYS ON TIME & can ALWAYS BE TRUSTED to work ALL things together for YOUR GOOD! And for the good of His Kingdom, which is His ultimate goal!

 Christmas was a huge success! Even though it was a ton of work it was exciting to see the kids get their new clothes, Widows & Handicapped get their blankets & food; all the special skits & dances (they are all on our FB page if you haven’t seen them yet mathewangelmeagher) & so many lives being touched with God’s love!

Our seniors are getting ready to take their final exams preparing for all their subjects as we reach the final homestretch. (March) Everyone else finishes school in mid-April. I have also just started teaching special computer classes for upper High school and that is a lot of fun.

Some of you have mentioned wanting to come to India or bring a team, and we would like to once again encourage you to contact us immediately so we can plan for that!!  Three more months and this school year will be finished, and we will begin the process of taking new students again and starting the new year in the first week of June.  So, whatever you might want to do, a VBS type thing, help in classes, sports, arts & crafts, discipleship, work projects or just love on kids, THERE IS ROOM FOR YOU & THE NEED IS REAL!!!
