Leading in Critical Situations by John P. Kelly

As I talk with ICAL members and many other leaders around the world, the thing I hear from each one are the critical situations occurring in their government, churches, businesses, and families.

I am sure you are aware of this. We are not dealing with theoretical issues – we are living in a world of Chaos, Conflict, and Crisis!  Everything is in some level of crisis.

The word ‘Crisis’ is defined as ‘a difficult or dangerous situation that needs serious attention’ and ‘a situation that has reached a critical phase.’

Critical situations need leadership with a new mindset to handle this new phase for the reformation and transformation in the nations.

This is what the ICAL Congress is about on November 6-8 in Dallas, Texas.

This Congress is critical to help you to go to the next level of your leadership.

People are coming from all over the world to hear from and meet today’s transformational leaders.

The Church needs to rise up as a righteous voice and take righteous actions as a reformational influence in the nations.

You do NOT want to miss this Congress! This is the perfect time to invite all leaders and emerging leaders for a transformational experience.

It is time to advance our Apostolic Leadership to the next level!

And don’t forget to bring your administrator for a special session including an anointing time to help them go to the next level with you!

I look forward to seeing you there!
