He is a social entrepreneur, international speaker, TV presenter, author, respected thought leader and leads a number of pastors networks.  He is married and the father of three children.  One of his greatest passions is to see the transformation of Nigeria to the country that God has blessed her to be.

In 2011, Apostle Adefarasin was appointed as the Convening Apostle of the Coalition of Nigerian Apostolic Leaders (CNAL). His role is to bring together and unite as many like-minded apostles in Nigeria as possible under the umbrella of the Coalition. The goal is towards propagating the Kingdom of God as the priority of every church and Believer, and working together to expand it. A conference is held every year where heads of churches are brought to understand what the Kingdom of God is and how to expand it. An average of 800 pastors every year attend these conferences. The three existing chapters of the Coalition are also to drive this message in their regions.

CNAL holds several meetings through the year.

Over 900 pastors and leaders attended the Coalition of Nigerian Apostolic Leaders Conference led by CNAL Convenor Apostle Joseph Adefarasin. The intention of the conference was to impart and teach attendees how to live a fulfilled Kingdom life.
